2. Nature of Services & Estimates

Green Valley Hydroseeding LLC provides professional hydroseeding, hydromulching, turf establishment, and erosion control services.

  • Any quotes, estimates, or coverage calculations provided via calculators or contact forms on the Site are preliminary.

  • Official pricing, project scopes, seed blend specifications, and warranties are only finalized through a separate, signed written agreement or formal invoice.

3. Customer Responsibilities for Lawn Establishment

The success of hydroseeding heavily depends on site conditions and post-application maintenance. Unless explicitly outlined in a separate written contract, the customer is responsible for:

  • Site & Soil Preparation: Ensuring the area is properly graded, clear of debris, weeds, rocks, and old turf, and that adequate topsoil is present prior to our arrival.

  • Watering & Care: Following the specific watering and irrigation schedules provided by Green Valley Hydroseeding. Failure to properly water the hydroseeded area will severely impact germination and growth and will void any applicable guarantees.

  • Weed Control: Hydroseeding slurries contain premium, weed-free seed blends; however, hydroseeding does not eradicate dormant weed seeds already present in your existing soil. Green Valley Hydroseeding is not responsible for weed growth originating from the onsite soil bed.

4. Weather, Environmental, and Animal Exclusions

Because hydroseeding is applied to the open ground, it is vulnerable to environmental factors beyond our control. Green Valley Hydroseeding LLC is not liable for, nor does it warrant against, damages caused by:

  • Heavy rains, torrential downpours, or flooding that result in "washouts" or seed migration after application.

  • Extreme drought, unexpected frosts, or severe weather patterns.

  • Damage caused by foot traffic, pets, wildlife, birds, or heavy machinery moving across the treated area.

  • Note: Re-spraying or repairing areas affected by weather or washouts may be subject to additional material and labor fees.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on www.greenvalleyhydroseeding.com—including text, layout, graphic designs, logos, instructional guides, and before-and-after photographs of our projects—is the exclusive property of Green Valley Hydroseeding LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any media or text from the Site without our explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN VALLEY HYDROSEEDING LLC, ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROPERTY USE, COST OF RE-GRADING, WATER BILL INCREASES, OR LANDSCAPING DELAYS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SITE OR SERVICES RENDERED, BEYOND THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
