-          Land clearing with partnering contractor

-          Newly graded land with partnering contractor

-          Fresh sprayed annual rye for soil stabilization (temporary)

-          Forthcoming – Scalp existing rye used to stabilize during winter and plant new Turf Bermuda for finished project due to durability of use and direct sun.

-          Approximately 15,000 sq ft of sprayed soil
